Key Duties

As a Seasonal Merchandiser, you will ensure that all customer locations are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Core responsibilities include:

• Restocking shelves, coolers, displays, and racks while following first-in, first-out (FIFO) product rotation.

• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe shopping environments, including back rooms and stock areas.

• Building promotional displays and ensuring products are correctly presented for customer visibility.

• Utilizing company technology and applications to track inventory, assignments, and reporting.

• Preparing unsellable products for return and assisting with store events or special projects.

• Maintaining strong relationships with store personnel while representing the Swire Coca-Cola brand professionally.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid Colorado driver’s license and adherence to Swire’s driving policy.

• Reliable vehicle with business-use insurance for traveling local routes.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks safely.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20.25 (may vary based on location, experience, and skills).

• Seasonal Position: Full-time with a 5:00 a.m. start time, 5 days a week (varied days off).
