Job description

As a Business Development Representative, you will sell Automated payments and AR Software to Managed Service Providers/companies within North American. You will be part of a high-performing sales team and play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity. This position offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$90,000 in the first year.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

• Office Location: Toronto, ON
• Hybrid work schedule – 2-3days/week in the office
• Target Markets: Primarily North America, focused on IT service companies including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), SaaS, and FinTech companies

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of SaaS sales experience required
• Proven top 10–15% performer in current or previous BDR role
• Previous experience with FinTech, SaaS, or MSP clients required
• Extremely driven, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful

THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION:

Automated payments and account receivable solutions that integrate directly with accounting systems. These solutions are specifically designed to help IT service companies scale efficiently without replacing existing billing platforms.

• Average order – $1000 MRR

• Sales cycle would range from days to weeks

• Focus exclusively on new business development through proactive outreach

• Conduct strategic cold and warm outreach to qualified prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn

LEADS:

• Warm Leads Supplied 25%

• List Supplied 75%

• 3–4 weeks of structured onboarding and training
