Key Duties

As an SDA Commercial Space Capabilities Integration Advisor, you will support the United States Space Force and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission by ensuring commercial space technologies are effectively integrated into operational plans and exercises. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing processes for integrating commercial capabilities into SDA programs.

  • Supporting mission planning, wargaming, training events, and operational exercises.

  • Facilitating partnerships between commercial space entities, DoD, and intelligence stakeholders.

  • Advising program managers on leveraging commercial technology and expertise.

  • Organizing and leading cross-functional working groups to improve operational efficiency.

  • Preparing reports, briefings, and documentation to support commercial integration initiatives.

  • Assisting in strategic planning, project management, and operations optimization.

  • Traveling domestically and internationally as directed by the Government.

Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, willing to undergo a polygraph.

  • Bachelor’s degree; military PME or advanced degrees preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoD or intelligence-related roles, with expertise in commercial space integration, policy implementation, or program management.

  • Knowledge of government acquisitions, contracting agreements, CRADAs, and technology transfer processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and emerging operational tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-organizational teams.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic mission requirements.

Preferred: DAWIA or PMP certifications, experience in USAF/USSF acquisition programs, and advanced knowledge of military space operations.
