The Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Staff member, your main responsibilities will include:

Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and provide excellent service.

Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting in upselling opportunities.

Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle payments securely.

Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Support marketing initiatives such as in-store promotions or product demonstrations.
