Key Duties

As a Sales Person at The Faricy Boys, you will work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and help match them with the right vehicle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers promptly and providing a professional, friendly experience.
• Listening to customer needs, presenting options, and assisting in the decision-making process.
• Following up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to build strong client relationships.
• Maintaining an effective owner follow-up system that promotes repeat business and referrals.
• Delivering high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Prior auto sales experience is preferred but not mandatory—candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
