The Role & Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue in the UAE market. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy Development

  • Create and implement sales strategies to promote ATIA Ltd’s information systems and applications.

  • Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including government, education, healthcare, and finance.

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions.

Marketing Strategy Formulation

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization, to reach a broader audience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.


Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in sales, marketing, or ICT are advantageous.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the ICT industry.

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, including meeting or exceeding targets.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of information systems, including ERP, CRM, LMS, DMS, and Service Desk Plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and their application in ICT solutions is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.
