Key Duties

As a Sales Lead, you will support store management in driving a customer-focused, profitable retail environment while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and merchandise management.

• Supervising sales associates, ensuring effective floor coverage and optimal customer engagement.

• Training and coaching team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

• Maintaining store appearance, merchandising standards, and compliance with loss prevention protocols.

• Supporting omni-channel sales through clienteling, wardrobing, and ensuring smooth customer transactions.

• Promoting a high-performance, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales management experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb during shifts.

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible schedules, including holidays.
