Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at the Galle branch, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding the company’s customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Galle region to expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess:

Educational Background: A minimum of GCE Advanced Level qualification; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the service industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-Motivation: A self-driven individual with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus.
