Job Details- Position: Sales Associate

- Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
- Greet and assist customers promptly while addressing multiple requests efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and provide recommendations using product knowledge.
- Promote store events, sales, and special promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Resolve customer concerns courteously, offering solutions and alternatives when possible.
- Communicate stock, service, and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store and company goals.
- Minimum age of 16 with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting merchandise up to 25 lbs, using ladders, and moving across the sales floor.
- Willingness to learn company procedures, merchandise layouts, and store policies.
