Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through strategic sales efforts and innovative marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Royalstone’s services to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids in response to RFPs and tenders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by promoting engineering consultancy services.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and promote service offerings.
• Manage online presence including website updates, SEO, and social media channels.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, case studies, newsletters, and digital content.
• Coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
