About the Role

7X Powered Inc is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing team in Calgary. This is a fully remote role, designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving measurable results.

We are reinventing the contact center industry with a customer-first, data-driven, and technology-enabled approach, and we want motivated team members who are excited to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative, solutions-based sales support to customers.

• Deliver superior customer experiences while acting as an ambassador for client brands.

• Manage multiple systems and applications to complete customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets.

• Build meaningful customer connections by listening attentively, offering creative solutions, and influencing decisions positively.

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to navigate software systems and multitask with productivity tools (MS Office, Microsoft Windows, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills across phone, email, and SMS.

• Positive, self-motivated, and tenacious team player with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create genuine human connections.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Prior telephone sales or customer service experience.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: CA$35,000 – CA$55,000 annually.
