Job Description

Nordic Calista is hiring entry-level Roustabouts to support drilling operations statewide in Alaska. This role involves assisting drill floor crews, general rig and camp maintenance, and other physically demanding tasks in oilfield environments. Candidates must adapt to varying duties while maintaining strict safety standards. Training is provided on the job, making this an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals starting their oilfield careers. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to obtain a North Slope Training Cooperative card, and pass standard pre-employment requirements.
