Key Duties

As a Retail Supervisor, you will support the store leadership team by guiding daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Role modeling and promoting Gap’s selling behaviors to enhance customer engagement.
• Leading and mentoring team members during non-peak hours to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to complete tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting in merchandise management, inventory organization, and omni-channel sales initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Educating customers about loyalty programs and promoting Gap’s product offerings.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear guidance to team members.
• Ability to leverage technology to engage with customers and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Physical ability to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement, leadership, and professional growth.
