Key Duties

As a Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy, you will be a vital part of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your role will focus on connecting with customers, sharing your product knowledge, and promoting brand loyalty. Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, professional, and personalized service to all customers.

• Educating shoppers on products, promotions, and loyalty programs.

• Actively engaging with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques.

• Supporting the store’s omnichannel experience, including in-store pickup and online order facilitation.

• Assisting across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.

• Maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing work environment.

• Handling customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Following operational processes efficiently to support smooth store functioning.

• Physical capability to move around the store and stockroom, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
