Key Duties

• Lead part-time retail operations, providing guidance to associates and maintaining a customer-focused environment.
• Support sales across all product and service categories, including print services, office products, technology, and furniture.
• Assist in achieving store goals through upselling, customer engagement, and personalized solutions.
• Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining merchandising standards, processing merchandise accurately, and supporting loss prevention efforts.
• Serve as Key Carrier for opening and closing the store, and assume Leader on Duty responsibilities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to support seasonal initiatives, community engagement, and store events.
• Provide coaching and training to associates to improve sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or related field; experience in print services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and support team development.
• Positive, action-oriented, and customer-focused with integrity and accountability.
