At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy a fun and caring environment where individual contributions are valued and celebrated every day.

The bartender is responsible for providing outstanding guest service by taking prompt menu orders, preparing and serving cocktails and beverages, and ensuring high quality of food delivery and guest service.

The ideal candidate for the position is upbeat, energetic and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.

Technical Requirements:
• Exceed guest expectations
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Must have availability to work from 4pm until midnight at least three shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to follow beverage recipes, prepare cocktails and assist guests with menu recommendations
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and deliver an exceptional guest service experience
