Job description
Our client, a leading provider of facilities management and hygiene services, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and sanitation operations across various client sites. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in cleaning protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hygiene best practices, quality management systems, and excellent analytical and auditing skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain rigorous standards remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and protocols for cleaning and sanitation services. Conduct regular remote and on-site audits of cleaning operations to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., COSHH, HACCP principles where applicable). Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for cleaning staff on quality standards and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, corrective actions, and training. Collaborate with operational management to ensure consistent application of quality standards across all sites. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in cleaning and sanitation.
