Key DutiesThe Regional Office Assistant supports the Tennessee Region by working closely with the Regional Administrator and Service Team. Core responsibilities include:

Handling office communications, including answering calls, emails, and preparing correspondence.

Maintaining donor and leader records, ensuring documentation such as background checks and questionnaires are current.

Tracking donations, processing reports, and supporting regional fundraising activities.

Assisting with budgeting, expense reporting, and personnel-related administrative tasks.

Helping coordinate regional events such as staff training days, leadership weekends, and committee meetings.

Providing logistical and administrative support for camping operations and other ministry activities.

Supporting volunteer-led areas and assisting during staff transitions within the region.

Managing monthly reporting deadlines, area transfers, and maintaining regional databases and systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Prior administrative assistant experience is beneficial.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to type 55–60 words per minute with accuracy.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent grammar, written, and verbal communication skills.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Relational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and committees.

Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
This role provides the opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization while gaining experience in office administration and event coordination.
