Job Summary:
Hamdan Global is looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented front desk receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role requires a strong sense of hospitality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail. You’ll set the tone for our guests and staff by creating a calm, inviting, and organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately; manage voicemails and messages
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
• Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate calendars
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Foster a positive environment by being attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing documents, making reports, and coordinating with vendors.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Looking for Arabic and English (mandatory).

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
