We are looking for a Receptionist / Call Center Agent to join our Veterinary Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

– Make outgoing calls for reminders, follow-ups, and client communication

– Handle emails, and client inquiries efficiently

– Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system

– Provide pet owners with basic information on services, treatments, and clinic policies

– Assist with processing payments and maintain accurate client records

– Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

– Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism when required

– Support the veterinary team with day-to-day tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus)

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organizational skills & attention to detail

– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

– Able to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced or emotional environment

– Comfortable handling and being around animals

– Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software
