ART OF PILATES
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Pilates Studio Administrator to manage daily operations, client relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness, and experience in a similar role.
Salary 6 000 – 7 800 AED (1600 – 2100 USD)
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
– Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and private sessions using booking software.
– Process payments, memberships, and package sales.
– Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy.
– Assist with marketing efforts, social media updates, and promotional events.
– Handle inventory management and studio upkeep.
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
– Support instructors with administrative tasks as needed.
