Receptionist / Secretary & Admin for trading company
We are a growing Trading Company looking for a Receptionist / Secretary & Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, presentable, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional front office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
• Prepare reports, letters, and basic business documents as required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant in UAE is must (experience in a trading company is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Professional in English correspondence
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English
Job Details:
• Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday ]
• Salary: AED 3000-3500
• Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, as per UAE labor law.
