About the Role
KGK Diamonds DMCC is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our Dubai office. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to start their career in a reputable international company. Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle incoming calls and general office correspondence.
• Maintain reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
• Support internal teams with scheduling and coordination.
Work Schedule
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday (plus alternate Saturdays)

Requirements
• Minimum: High School qualification.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
