Job description For Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen,Β and forward incoming phone calls.

Manage reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times.

Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.

Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, emails).

Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Coordinate with other departments to support office operations.

Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
