Key Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and assist visitors, and manage front desk activities with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
• Manage appointment scheduling and utilize MS Office for administrative tasks including filing and maintaining records.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area to reflect a professional company image.
Requirements
• Female candidate only, native Arabic speaker, fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Highly presentable, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred, especially within the UAE.
• Ability to multitask, handle confidential matters, and maintain composure under pressure.
