Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments and taking messages when necessary.Coordinate facility-related tasks such as maintenance requests, supply orders, and vendor appointments to ensure a seamless workspace.Maintain an organized reception area and office supplies inventory, ensuring a tidy and functional environment.Support event coordination by preparing meeting rooms and managing logistics for internal and external gatherings. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology such as printers and phone systems.Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role for at least 1 year, with facilities coordination experience being a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.A friendly and approachable personality that embodies professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
