Job description For Project Manager (ADNOC Offshore Brownfield)Job Description
The Project Manager for ADNOC Offshore Brownfield will be responsible for leading and managing brownfield projects within the ADNOC offshore facilities. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, adhering to ADNOC s standards for quality and safety. The Project Manager will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly experience in managing brownfield projects, where modifications, maintenance, or upgrades are made to existing facilities. Given the complexity of the projects and the challenging offshore environment, the role demands a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of brownfield project execution from initiation to closure.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress effectively.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issues exposure.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal and external use.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed for resolution.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required.
Proven track record in handling brownfield projects, preferably in offshore environments.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas sector.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
