Job description

The Job
• Develop and manage academic calendars and timetables to meet business and academic goals.
• Liaise with faculties, departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
• Monitor program performance, prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for academic concerns and resolve student inquiries.
• Ensure and monitor student coursework submissions and follow-up to maintain academic progression and batch completion.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and institutional academic quality guidelines.
• Support strategic initiatives of the University by providing data, analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze student and lecturer evaluation feedback, identify improvement areas and recommend actions to enhance programme delivery and reduce dropout risk.
• Plan and execute academic and extracurricular engagement programmes.

The Person
• A Master’s Degree (MBA/MSc) with a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of academic administration, student lifecycle management and quality assurance practices.
