Key Duties

The Program Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and operational support to Ascend Dallas programs, with a focus on the Nurse-Family Partnership initiative. Acting as a primary point of contact for visitors and clients, you will help maintain smooth program operations by:

• Managing and updating program databases with accurate, timely information.

• Organizing and maintaining departmental files, records, and inventories.

• Supporting program activities, classes, and special events as needed.

• Answering calls and responding to client inquiries professionally.

• Assisting the Director with project coordination and implementation.

• Contributing to special projects and overall office workflow.

• Acting as a professional first impression for visitors and clients of Ascend Dallas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Must pass DFPS background check successfully.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new data systems.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally.

• Comfortable working independently and engaging directly with clients in diverse settings.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $24.04
