Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor with strong knowledge of plastic bag manufacturing processes, raw materials, and production machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring quality, optimizing efficiency, and coordinating with teams to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of plastic bag manufacturing, including extrusion, printing, and cutting machines.

Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.

Ensure correct usage of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, fillers, and masterbatches in line with production recipes.
