About:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production lines, implementing quality and safety standards, and optimizing resources to meet production targets in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and control all manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Supervise daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet demand and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
• Manage and train production staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess
