About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee operations in our meat manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring proven UAE industry experience, a strong understanding of BRCGS standards, and a passion for maintaining the highest levels of food safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate production staff across all stages of meat processing.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality.
Implement and uphold BRCGS and other international quality standards.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams through clear and professional communication.
