Key Duties

Soccer Shots Southwest Florida is looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Soccer Teacher to lead young children aged 2–9 in dynamic, age-appropriate soccer sessions. In this role, you will:

• Conduct fun and engaging soccer classes using Soccer Shots’ curriculum, emphasizing skill-building and character development.

• Set up and break down fields and equipment before and after sessions.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all participants.

• Model soccer skills and encourage confidence, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and fellow staff members regarding children’s progress and participation.

• Bring creativity and energy to each session, making “Soccer Island” come alive for your students.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for working with children and a love for sports.

• Awareness of safety protocols and ability to maintain a secure environment.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Physical ability to stand, jog, and actively demonstrate soccer techniques.

• Positive, energetic, and patient approach to working with young learners.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Pay: $16/hour during training, $21/hour after completion.

• Advancement Opportunities: Earn up to $37/hour through career progression and additional incentives.
