The Role & Responsibilities
As a Pre-School Teacher, you will play a key part in shaping foundational learning experiences for young children aged 3–5.

Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, and cognitive skills through play and hands-on activities.

Create a safe, caring classroom atmosphere, encouraging respect, kindness, and confidence in every child.

Monitor individual student progress and communicate updates with parents while offering gentle support for each child’s unique learning pace.

Organize fun activities including arts, music, games, and outdoor play to stimulate curiosity and teamwork.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to coordinate school events, special celebrations, and classroom improvements.
What We’re Looking For

A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training.

Prior teaching experience in a preschool or daycare setting (minimum 1 year preferred).

A kind, patient, and cheerful personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to speak English and Sinhala fluently (Tamil is an advantage).

Passion for teaching young children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
