Key Duties

Gainesville Christian Preparatory School is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher to provide a nurturing, structured, and Christ-centered learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development while guiding children through age-appropriate academic and creative activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing daily lessons that align with Pre-K curriculum standards.

• Encouraging curiosity, independence, and positive social interactions among students.

• Creating a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment.

• Observing and assessing student progress, providing feedback to parents and school leadership.

• Collaborating with fellow staff members to maintain consistent instructional practices.

• Upholding Christian values and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and joyfulness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Compatible with teaching in a Christian school environment.

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

• Punctual, self-motivated, honest, and committed to going above and beyond for students.

• Passion for early childhood education and ability to engage young learners effectively.
