Position Title: Pool Bartender – Italian Restaurant (2 vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7.8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and upselling incentive

Job Description:
• Assist in setting up the bar area, ensuring that all necessary equipment, glassware, liquor, and garnishes are stocked and properly arranged.
• Work closely with the management team to familiarize the drink menu and ensure proper knowledge of all ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and preparing beverages quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in training other bartenders and bar staff on proper service standards, drink preparation, and hygiene p
ractices.
