Key Duties

Goodyear is seeking a CDL-certified Pick-Up and Delivery Driver to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will:

• Safely transport and deliver new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, and related products between Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers, customers, and dealers.
• Load and unload tires, wheels, and assemblies while following strict safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle maintenance records.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with every delivery.
• Uphold Goodyear’s commitment to “Service Excellence – Always” through professional and timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and squatting for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid CDL and meet all commercial driver qualification standards.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in delivery driving.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
