• Position: Physician (MD/DO) – Emergency Medicine

• Company: Kins

• Location: Dallas, TX

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Shift Hours: 8-10 hours per shift, flexible scheduling

• Annual ED Volume: ~39,000 patient visits

• Compensation & Benefits: Competitive, including equity ownership

Key Duties

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume emergency department.

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality emergency care.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership and other departments to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Represent the ED within the community, advocating for clinical excellence and patient safety.

• Participate in strategic initiatives, quality improvement programs, and clinical governance.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Prepared in Emergency Medicine.

• Preferred experience in leadership or medical director roles.

• Strong ability to guide and mentor advanced practice providers and staff.

• Skilled in modern documentation systems and clinical workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
