This full-time role, Monday to Friday, involves patient registration, insurance verification, collecting payments, and assisting with financial documents. The specialist interviews patients or family members, secures signatures, processes paperwork, and answers questions clearly. Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service are essential. Shifts are from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no weekends or holidays required. Applicants should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and up to three years of related experience.
