Key Duties

The Patient Activation Specialist will perform personalized device titration sessions in patients’ homes or alternative approved locations. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-hour activation sessions to calibrate medical devices for optimal therapeutic performance.

• Guiding patients through proper device setup, use, and maintenance.

• Troubleshooting device issues and providing clear, patient-friendly instructions.

• Ensuring professionalism, patient comfort, and strict confidentiality during sessions.

• Documenting session outcomes accurately and reporting as required.

• Maintaining timely and professional communication with patients and the company via phone and email.

Requirements

• Prior customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare or patient services.

• Preferred medical backgrounds include Respiratory Technicians, Occupational or Physical Therapists, Medical Assistants, Nurses, or Nurse Practitioners.

• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel 30–50 miles per session.

• Flexibility to conduct sessions evenings, weekends, or other agreed-upon times.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Comfortable performing home visits or in alternative quiet locations.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism.
