Key Duties

As a Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise within the store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the receipt, storage, and organization of all inventory.
• Supporting sales associates by locating stock for the sales floor.
• Handling ticketing, labeling, and inventory documentation.
• Preparing and coordinating shipments, transfers, and deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate stock counts, participating in reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, fixture movement, and overall store maintenance.
• Ensuring packaging and delivery standards meet client expectations.
• Assisting other departments and supporting the Store Manager when needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory, shipping, or receiving, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
