We are seeking a proactive and versatile **Part-Time HR Generalist** to support the entire employee lifecycle at Infini Health. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and everything in between, **working onsite at our Calgary clinic**. This role is perfect for someone eager to shape and refine HR practices while collaborating directly with leadership and staff.

• *What You’ll Do**
As our **HR Generalist**, you will be the cornerstone of the HR function, overseeing every aspect of HR operations. In this role, you will:

– Be the first point of contact for employees and leadership, providing expert advice on HR policies, legislation (AB & ON), and best practices.
– **Drive Recruitment**: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from crafting job postings to managing interviews and offers, showcasing Infini Health’s culture and values.
– Partner with leadership to develop hiring strategies that meet both immediate and long-term clinic needs.
– Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
– Guide both voluntary and involuntary offboarding processes, ensuring that all transitions are handled smoothly and with care.
– Provide insight on key HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, health and safety, and succession planning.
– Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HRIS database (Humi), ensuring integrity and compliance with legislation.
– Regularly review and update HR policies, ensuring the clinic remains compliant with the latest employment laws and best practices.
– Work directly with the clinic leadership team to shape and implement HR strategies that align with Infini Health’s mission and goals.
• *Who You Are**
– **HR Trailblazer**: You have 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, and you’re excited to take the reins in an expanding clinic environment.
– **Healthcare Experience**: Experience in the healthcare or clinical setting is a strong asset, but your passion for HR and people is what sets you apart.
– **HR Knowledge Expert**: You have a solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends. You’re always up to date on the latest in HR.
– **Tech-Savvy**: You’re proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive), and experience with Humi HRIS is a plus.
– **Problem Solver & Communicator**: You’re a strong relationship builder, able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care. You excel at both verbal and written communication, and you’re comfortable engaging with staff at all levels.
– **Detail-Oriented & Organized**: You can juggle multiple priorities and still pay attention to the details, ensuring HR processes are followed with precision.
