Job description

I am a mum to a lovely boy who is just turned 1. He currently goes to nursery 4 days a week but keeps picking up illnesses so I’m looking to explore the option of an at home nanny instead or childminder. I work from home mostly but sometimes go out for meetings so I’d like a nanny who can sit with him downstairs in my home whilst I work upstairs or go out and take him out sometimes to playgroups to socialise him. I would also consider a childminder but they would have to be strictly sticking to ratios. I’m a little dubious of those ads that say their husband or sons/daughters work with them, as I think this may just be so they can take on more children. The reason I’m looking to take him out of nursery is so he has less exposure to other children’s illnesses so it would have to be a very small group.
