Key Duties

HTX Facility Services is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-time Janitorial Staff. This role is ideal for candidates who want to earn meaningful supplemental income while contributing to maintaining clean and safe environments across various commercial facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning offices, medical facilities, schools, and other commercial spaces to high standards.
• Performing tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and disinfecting.
• Ensuring assigned areas are consistently maintained and presenting a professional environment.
• Completing tasks independently or collaboratively with team members as needed.
• Flexibly working evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts based on client requirements.
• Supporting additional duties as assigned to maintain quality service standards.

Requirements

• No prior janitorial experience required; strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Full-time access to an insured vehicle and a smartphone.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
• References for work ethic or prior employment are preferred.
• No history of drug use or criminal convictions.
