The Role & Responsibilities

As a Female Support Worker, you will offer practical and emotional support to individuals in supported living or residential services across Kent. Each day will involve a blend of household assistance, personal care, and community-based activities – always with the individual’s interests and goals at the centre.

Daily Support Duties

• Deliver Person-Centred Care
  Provide personalised support based on individual care plans, helping with daily routines such as getting ready, meal preparation, and medication prompts.

• Promote Independence
  Encourage individuals to develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, or using public transport – empowering them to make their own choices.

• Support with Personal Care
  Assist sensitively with bathing, dressing, grooming or other personal needs, always with dignity and respect.
