Key Duties

Boomerang Transport is seeking responsible and dependable part-time drivers to safely transport injured patients to their medical appointments. Drivers set their own hours and handle pre-scheduled rides, providing a flexible opportunity to earn income while making a meaningful difference.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Transporting patients to and from medical appointments in your personal vehicle.
• Adhering to schedules and ensuring timely arrivals.
• Waiting at medical facilities as needed, with approved wait time compensation.
• Submitting accurate trip documentation and maintaining clear communication with the Boomerang team.
• Ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout each ride.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence.
• Personal vehicle (sedan, minivan, or SUV) less than 15 years old.
• Current personal auto insurance.
• Active cell phone plan with proof of consistent payments if using a prepaid plan.
• U.S. citizen or resident alien with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN, EIN, or ITIN).
• Professional and courteous attitude, with the ability to assist injured patients safely.

Pay & Benefits

• $0.75 per loaded mile and a minimum of $11.75 per trip leg.
• Wait time compensation when applicable.
• Gas reimbursement for national average above $2.84 per gallon.
• Tolls and parking reimbursement.
• Average trips pay $50, with most drivers completing 2 trips per week.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal availability.
