Job Description

InstaStaff Ltd is hiring Part-Time Customer Service Field Operators in Birmingham. You will work in pairs at bus, tram, and rail depots to collect passenger data. Duties include counting passengers boarding and leaving, directing drivers, and uploading information via a handheld computer. Work is ad hoc and flexible, with shifts from 6:30am to 12:30pm, seven days a week. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work quickly. Pay is £14.78 per hour. This is a hands-on, flexible role for those who enjoy working outdoors and engaging with the public.
