Job Description

Ritz in Birmingham (temporary, 14th July–30th September 2025). In this role, you’ll work with a leading student accommodation provider to manage bookings, chase guarantor documents, make outbound calls, and update records. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to find positive solutions and maintain excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, credit control, or similar, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This temporary role provides hands-on experience in administration and finance within a growing company. Start date is 14th July 2025, offering a flexible, engaging work environment.
