Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
The After-School Activities Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Alcuin School’s After School Activities (ASA) program, which serves students from Primary Extended Day through 6th grade. Main responsibilities include:

Supervising students during after-school hours and ensuring safe transitions between activities.

Escorting students to designated programs, extended care, or carpool as scheduled.

Assisting with snack distribution, classroom/space cleanup, and activity setup.

Supporting instructors with student engagement and behavior management.

Monitoring student safety, reporting incidents, and maintaining professional communication with parents and staff.

Helping with carpool procedures to ensure organized and safe dismissals.

Minimum age of 18 with valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

CPR/First Aid certification required.

Prior experience working with children in schools, camps, or recreational programs preferred.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, or reaching.

Hourly pay between $23.00 – $24.00.
