Key Duties

As a Papa Pal, you will provide part-time companionship and practical support to clients in the Miami Gardens area. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with household tasks, errands, and transportation needs.

• Offering friendly companionship to combat isolation and enhance quality of life.

• Supporting clients with activities such as meal prep, light chores, and mobility assistance.

• Using the Papa mobile app to schedule visits, manage tasks, and document interactions.

• Maintaining a professional, patient, and caring demeanor at all times.

This role allows you to make a meaningful impact while working flexible hours that fit your lifestyle.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance in your name.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year requirements may apply) and a smartphone.

• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.

• No formal caregiving experience required—life experience, kindness, and patience are valued.
